OCEAN SCIENCE & ENGINEERING PHD (OSE)
The goal of the OSE program [a partnership between Earth & Atmospheric Scieces (EAS), Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) and Biological Sciences (BIOL)] is to educate the next generation of transdisciplinary ocean scientists and engineers by combining the basic and applied sciences with innovative ocean technologies, and to advance interdisciplinary research at the frontiers of the physical, biological, chemical and human dimensions of ocean systems.

ASTROBIOLOGY GRADUATE CERTIFICATE
This program is part of an initiative linking the schools of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Aerospace Engineering, and International Affairs.
The purpose is to expand opportunities for students in the interdisciplinary field of ‘astrobiology’, and forge innovative links between astrobiology research at Georgia Tech, mission technology, and science communication.

PROFESSIONAL TRACK MASTERS in ATMOSPHERIC SCIENCE
This program is designed specifically for students who already have a Bachelor's degree and are interested in switching fields to meteorology.
A student completing this MS degree can have all the course requirements for membership to the American Meteorological Society and for employment by NOAA and the National Weather Service.

GLOBAL CHANGE PROGRAM
The Global Change Program provides an avenue for Georgia Tech faculty, staff, and students to design and implement solutions to climate and global change challenges. Georgia Tech has extensive research expertise in climate science, energy policy, energy technology, and sustainable business, which support a host of activities in the classroom, across the state, and beyond. We aim to build new partnerships across Georgia Tech and with outside partners, both private and public, through innovation and the translation of research into practice.

Quantitative Biosciences PhD
This program is designed to train and prepare Ph.D. level scientists to identify and solve foundational and applied problems in the biological sciences. In doing so, the QBioS Ph.D. program will train students to reason quantitatively given uncertainty through a combination of coursework, group rotations and thesis research.
The Ph.D. program in Quantitative Biosciences is interdisciplinary and is not a stand-alone academic unit like most departments or schools at Georgia Tech.

TECH TO TEACHING
The Tech to Teaching program is designed to prepare Georgia Tech graduate students and postdocs for college teaching positions. Through this certificate program, participants will develop a thorough understanding of the scholarship of teaching and learning, and will demonstrate their ability to apply these skills in the classroom.
This certificate program is designed around two sets of learning outcomes. The foundation level captures what participants will learn about college teaching. The ten learning outcomes can be satisfied through a combination of Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) classes, workshops, and affiliated resources.
