Gabriella Dotson is a fourth-year Solid Earth and Planetary Science major with a minor in Sustainable Cities, set to graduate in May 2026. For the past two years, Gabriella has served as a Stormwater Intern with Gwinnett County’s Department of Water Resources, where she monitors and surveys local watersheds. Her academic research with Dr. Thomas Orlando in the CLEVER lab utilizes micro-XRF to investigate the geochemistry of lunar samples—work that recently led to co-authorship on two papers in The Planetary Science Journal and Nature Communications. Beyond the lab, Gabriella is a prominent leader at Georgia Tech, serving as President of Sigma Gamma Epsilon, an undergraduate tour guide, and a TA for EAS 1601. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, and volunteering with Concrete Jungle.
