Please briefly describe your current job
My day to day responsibilities are to provide thought leadership which enables ensuring the New Zealand government’s climate and environmental decisions are rooted in the best science, data and evidence available. This includes providing advice on data governance, data modelling, data management, and data quality and assurance.
What is your favorite part of your current position
The culture and fast paced environment.
How did your EAS education prepare you for your current job?
It gave me the background climate/environment knowledge I needed to speak confidently in my role.
